1 My cousin's daughter has gone missing in Victoria BC. Her name is Emma Fillipoff and she's 26. . She is going through a tough time and we think there are mental health issues so we need to find her as soon as possible. Emma has been missing since Wednesday November 28, 2012. Please pray, hope or support their family in whatever way you can. Let's get her home safe.
