1 Finding joy in drawing. It's a process with lots of parts to consider. But the outcome can be quite personal and special.
2 Seeing words on paper that brought a lot into focus.
3 Journalling. I'm enjoying the process of keeping myself accountable and with each passage seeing movement and change.
