Movement, he can cook, and joy

 1 Managing to let the wall down just a little bit.

2 His chicken is incredibly delicious. I'm so grateful to son #1.

3 Her smile reached her eyes and my heart melts.

Say it out loud, write it down, and plant them

 1 Our conversation is difficult, honest and raw. Sometimes things just need to be acknowledged and said out loud. 

2 Journalling is opening up my world to possibilities.

3 Gardening with my middle grandson. Planting seeds in egg cartons is the easiest and most fun way for him to participate. 

Art, fire, and naps

 1 Picking up a pencil and experimenting with drawing.

2 Hauling wood then enjoying the sparks. 

3 A cat purrs on my lap and I am lulled away by the soft sounds. 

Seeing, eating and hello there

 1 Looking through a new lens.

2 A freezer full of meats. We shall eat well. 

3 Just a knock on the door.
