1 We celebrated the littlest little yesterday. He turned 8. So sweet, loving every moment especially with his Daddy.

1 This sits with me tonight. It's tough when I make mistakes or I am forgetful and it impacts others. All I can do is own it and do better. ❤️

1 I've been commissioned to paint an anniversary gift for a friend. It's halfway done. I'm setting a deadline for consistency and motivation.
2 As we age it seems that the simplest tasks aren't so simple anymore. I'm appreciative of what I can do.

1 I really appreciated speaking with someone today who listened and I left the conversation feeling heard, seen, and validated.

1 Homemade buns and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies made our home smell amazing. Pork tenderloin with noodles and salad.

3 Grateful for a solo walk in the sand along the beach with almost no one in sight except for some happy retrievers. I gave each one a stick. They looked so happy.
1 A short but loving conversation with son #2. He's living far away but lately we've been connecting more often.

3 Playing with tonight's recipe and it's ended up with some coconut milk and curry instead of heavy cream. Think I'll serve it with garlic toast that's toasted, just right.

1 Happy birthday wishes to my oldest son who's turning 40 today! Having him was one of the best days of my life.
