Seeing the light, dirt, and one

 1 I realize now that I have been both blindsided & sidelined. I'm grateful to have my eyes opened.

2 Planting irises and bishops cape from my sister in the back garden. 

3 Grateful for life's lessons. Never rely on anyone. You're on your own. 

Support, feed me, and L

 1 After so much tension it felt like such a relief to be supported.

2 Tuna poke bowls.

3 She makes the world a better place and is a great honest friend. 

Big sister, be good, and perfection

1 Sharing the afternoon with my sister ❤️ 

2 Believing that goodness is inherent in every human.

3 That one flavour that sat perfectly with me. Soy ginger garlic salmon. 

Forward, accountability, and eats

 1 A productive appointment with progress.

2 He calls us out.

3 Sweet and sour meatballs. Soft and juicy. 

That feels amazing, beside me, and steamy

 1 That feeling of accomplishment when you complete your first commission watercolour painting and then giving it to her and she loves it.

2 Asking for moral support and sharing a positive moment.

3  Experiencing a mobile sauna at the beach. 

Paintbrush, doing, and feeling

 1 I've been commissioned to paint an anniversary gift for a friend. It's halfway done. I'm setting a deadline for consistency and motivation.

2 As we age it seems that the simplest tasks aren't so simple anymore. I'm appreciative of what I can do.

3 Embracing this feeling of stillness inside of myself. 

A man, a segment and a boy

 1 I really appreciated speaking with someone today who listened and I left the conversation feeling heard, seen, and validated.

2 And another piece of the puzzle has surfaced.

3 Grandson #1 smiled and it was genuine.
