Plan, crack me and gardening

 1 The chiropractor takes time to sort out what's going and makes a plan. I'm healing quite well.

2 After my adjustment my face flushes from the much needed blood flow 

3 He works exceptionally hard to get the raised garden beds into their respective positions and one gets filled with beaches, pinecones and topped with compost.

1 Two days just for me. I'm going at my pace and have no expectations.
