1 Four more sleeps and he's home. I'm already planning and getting ready for our time. Note to self: Give the poor man a couple of days to acclimatize.
2 Mac and cheese!
3 Lots of talk of bears around our neighbourhood but so far we haven't seen any. It makes me a wee bit nervous so he says to take the bear spray when I run. Good plan. Note to self: Read the instructions before you go out!

We keep a spray can of animal mace on hand for our walks. I'm mostly worried about an angry dog running loose, but you never know!
