1 When the power company sends you a letter that on October 31 from 11am to 3pm the power will be out. So you are getting ready for that and they turn it off at 10. Well I'm half way through the chores.
2 I spent the day with the man I love. We shopped for a woodstove and enjoyed a delicious Japanese style lunch.

1 Dog sitting our granddog Kuma. He's the sweetest boy and I love having him here with us.
2 Sharing Thanksgiving dinner with our gnome Ted. He's usually sitting on the mantle but I have fun making posts with him.
3 Putting the veggie gardens to bed for the winter. Emptying the composts, mowing lawns and putting away tables and chairs.
1 The cat has been a little needy since she's been home from the cat hotel. I do believe she was spoiled royally during her visit.
2 It felt good to get caught up on bits and pieces that I've been putting off.
3 Sometimes take out is the best idea for dinner. Deluxe vermicelli bowl and war wonton. Yes please.
